I am a friendly, enthusiastic teacher based in Hertfordshire currently teaching privately, for Hertfordshire Music Service and Enfield Music Service.
I specialise in the flute but I also teach other woodwind instruments such as the clarinet, recorder and fife and the piano/keyboard.
I am available to work with students towards graded music exams or just for fun.
All ages and abilities welcome from completely new players to more advanced musicians.
Music theory and piccolo lessons also available.
Any genre taught from classical to jazz and pop.
Flute/piccolo can be provided for lessons if required.
I do the majority of my teaching from home in Harpenden, however, I am happy to travel to students providing they live within a reasonable distance.

I have a strong passion for teaching and I believe that it is important to encourage students and assist their musical development in an enjoyable and supportive environment, whether it be to help my students develop as professional musicians or to provide lessons purely for enjoyment.
